Our Story
Nafasi AI was born from a simple observation: Kenyan businesses want to be more inclusive, but they don't know where to start. The path to disability inclusion felt overwhelming—navigating complex laws, understanding diverse disabilities, implementing accommodations, and measuring impact.
We realized that artificial intelligence could change this. By training AI on Kenya's employment laws, international accessibility standards, and real-world business scenarios, we could provide every company—from startups to enterprises—with expert-level guidance previously available only to large corporations with dedicated HR departments.
Today, Nafasi AI serves hundreds of companies across Kenya, helping them not just comply with disability employment requirements, but excel at creating workplaces where everyone can contribute their unique talents.
